This Self Care Bingo Card includes enough suggested activities to keep you busy throughout the month!

Exercising self-care can help you to foster positive mental health.  This is important as we weather the personal challenges we face, and particularly as they are compacted by the stresses of the pandemic. We hope you’ll download this Self-Care Activity provided by Bell as part of their Let’s Talk initiative and try some of the ideas on it!

We think you’ll find that they help reduce the effects of stress in your life!  Try challenging yourself to complete as many of the activities as you can this month!

Bell Let’s Talk Day

Bell Let’s Talk Day is coming up on January 25th this year.  It’s an opportunity for us all to help spread the word about mental health.

On January 25 and every day throughout the year, we can all take meaningful action to create positive change. You can use the actions below for inspiration or come up with your own. Share your actions using #BellLetsTalk to help inspire others!

  • Choose a mental health organization to learn about or support
  • Help a friend struggling with mental health issues by learning ways to support them
  • Ask about how your school, workplace, or community is creating change for mental health
  • Nurture your own well-being by practicing and learning mental health strategies
  • Get involved in a mental health initiative or organize an event to support mental health
  • Engage in conversations about mental health to fight stigma

We’ll be sharing more details and information on the Qualia Facebook Page as we get closer to that date and sharing more resources here on the blog.
