about us

Qualia Counselling Services

We offer support for any mental health issues that may be holding you back from experiencing a meaningful life. Find out how Qualia mental health services can help you take control of your future.

At Qualia Counselling, we use the most evidence-based (science-proven) interventions to help you become your best self. Chief among those is a psychotherapy model called Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). All of our psychotherapists have specialized training in CBT treatment and other best practice models. We will use our expertise in collaboration with yours to help you improve your life!

Qualia is passionate about truth and reconciliation and strives to be culturally responsive and humble in all that we do. We work extensively within the Indigenous community and integrate culture into therapy in a ways that work for our clients. We have also created Mikwendaagwad Sacred Circle CBT, an approach that specifically integrates indigenous culture with elements of CBT.
