Teaching, Training and Supervision

Our CBT Training Program Is Comprised of a Variety of Learning Options

Step Into the Science of Healing: CBT Skills Program

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is one of the most widely researched, globally recognized, and highly recommended approaches for treating mental health and behavioural health conditions. Backed by thousands of clinical studies, CBT is proven to support meaningful change in areas such as mood and anxiety disorders, PTSD, substance use, and even public health concerns like obesity and smoking cessation. It’s also effective in addressing subclinical issues like perfectionism, shame, and self-criticism.

CBT works by targeting unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours, reshaping neural pathways in the brain to support long-term emotional and behavioural change. It offers practical, structured tools that help people take control of their mental health and lead fuller, healthier lives.

In Canada, both federal and provincial systems have identified CBT as a gold-standard treatment for structured psychotherapy programs. Our CBT training program offers flexible, evidence-based learning options designed to keep you current and confident in your skills. Whether you're looking to deepen your clinical expertise or apply CBT tools more effectively in practice, we’ll help you turn knowledge into impact.
