Sarah graduated from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Arts and Science specializing in Neuroscience and Psychology. Sarah is currently involved in a Master of Education in Counselling Psychology Program at the University of Lethbridge and is in the process of completing her practicum placement with Qualia Counselling Services. 

Before starting at Qualia, Sarah worked at various non-profit organizations providing support to youth working toward a variety of mental health, employment, education, and transition-related goals. 

Sarah strives to work from a client-centered perspective and to create a collaborative and empathetic space for all her clients. Sarah works from a CBT lens to support clients in their learning of concrete skills that they can take forward with them beyond the walls of counselling to facilitate meaningful change within their lives.
