Give the Day a Chance!

It can be difficult to give the day a chance before we judge it as a bad day! Many of us wake up in the morning, not in the best state. Our bodies are often tense or sore from having slept all night long. Sometimes we’ve had a disturbed or unsettled sleep. We can wake up and judge the whole day based on how we feel in those first moments.

Quick Tip Video: Give the Day A Chance!

Before You Judge Your Day…

– Get up out of bed, brush your teeth, wash your face, shower, and get something to drink

– Give yourself time to shake off the night and get your body limbered up again

– Take a moment to decide what kind of day you want it to be

– Think about what you’d like to do during the day ahead of you

Taking the time to do these things will give you a chance to be able to look at the day with renewed perspective and a sense of optimism.

Give this a try this week!
