Lesley is a Registered Social Worker with special interests in anxiety disorders, trauma, grief, and women’s health across the lifespan.

 

She draws on her extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, as well as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and Internal Family Systems Therapy to help her clients navigate the challenges they face. In her spare time, she enjoys running, knitting, drawing, and hiking.
